Special Projects of the Centre for Studies in Aging & Health
The Centre for Studies in Aging and Health at Providence Care in collaboration with others seeks to increase knowledge, generate awareness and improve health and community system capacity and transform the organization of health services to promote successful aging, prevent or delay the expression of frailty and its harmful consequences, and improve care for the elderly within South East Ontario.
CSAH has funded several Special Projects which include:
- BPSD Project (Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia)
- Bridges to Care Project (Building Capacity for Interprofessional Collaborative Care in Long-Term Care)
- Creating Future Leaders in Eldercare - Knowledge to Practice Project

- GiiC Project (Geriatrics, Interprofessional, Interorganizational Collaboration)
- I-MICT Initiative (Intersectoral-Mobile Interprofessional Coaching Team Initiative)
