Palliative Care Integration Project (PCIP) Symptom Management Guidelines
Applied in conjunction with Collaborative Care Plans after using Palliative Symptom Assessment Tools, Symptom Management Guidelines are evidence based and have been developed by the Palliative Care Integration Project (PCIP) for health professionals who are caring for palliative patients. There are management guidelines for various symptoms & issues patients may experience, including:

- Dyspnea
- Nausea & Vomiting
- Agitation
- Hiccoughs
- Mouth Care
- Bowel Care
- Drug Formulations
