There are several organizations involved in knowledge exchange and translation:

Seniors Health Research Transfer Network (SHRTN)
The Seniors Health Research Transfer Network (SHRTN) is a province-wide knowledge exchange network that links caregivers with researchers and policy makers who work together to improve heath care for seniors. SHRTN facilitates knowledge exchange through access to technology, communities of practice, a library service, knowledge brokers, and local implementation teams.

Alzheimer Knowledge Exchange (AKE)
The Alzheimer Knowledge Exchange (AKE) supports those interested in improving the Ontario system of care for persons with Alzheimer Disease & Related Dementias (ADRD). AKE facilitates the exchange of information, innovation and expertise among caregivers, educators, researchers and policy-makers.

Canadian Dementia Knowledge Translation Network (CDKTN)
The Canadian Dementia Knowledge Translation Network (CDKTN) is a network for knowledge translation (KT) and exchange (KE) of research in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. CDKTN currently has 120 researchers and care providers as members Canada-wide.
