KTE Knowledge Bank
The KTE Knowledge Bank database and website is a national platform to sustain continual sharing of knowledge in the context of seniors’ mental health and dementia. The principle objectives of the KTE Knowledge Bank are to enhance knowledge accessibility, identify current KTE practices, articulate knowledge gaps and opportunities, and support better care for people with mental illness and/or dementia.

Canadian Dementia Resource and Knowledge Exchange
The Canadian Dementia Resource and Knowledge Exchange (CDRAKE) is a free, virtual network that brings together the best and brightest in dementia care to:

- Stimulate, support and share innovations

The Dementia Knowledge Broker is a knowledge exchange platform structured to empower people to find and share knowledge and resources, engage in conversation with one another, and to maximize the opportunity for collaboration and co-creation between people, groups and organizations that share a common vision: to help people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

The objective of the CHSRF/CIHR Chair on Knowledge Transfer and Innovation is to further the scientific understanding of knowledge transfer and innovation in health services, to train and support students pursuing master’s and Ph.D.’s in this field, and to encourage and facilitate the transfer of knowledge in general.
