Education & Knowledge-to-Practice
The Education & Knowledge-to-Practice (KTP) section has educational resources and links about the care of the elderly for medical students, health professionals pursuing continuing medical education and members of the community in South East Ontario. This section also provides access to teaching resources about the care of the elderly for faculty, staff, teaching assistants and independent trainers.
