Meals: Frozen Providers in Southeastern Ontario Description of Service Many community-based Provider Organizations (Providers) offer Frozen Meals for a fee that are specially prepared for the dietary requirements of seniors. Some Providers may only sell these meals at their organizational location, while other Providers may also deliver meal orders to a person's home. Eligibility The process for arranging care is different for each of the Community Support Services. Contact the local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) to find out the process for each of the service options and whether someone is eligible for the government-funded services. If the CCAC deems someone ineligible to receive government-funded services, or if someone wishes to make their own arrangements, they may apply to the Provider Organization directly.
