Foot Care Providers in Southeastern Ontario Description of Service Many community-based Provider Organizations (Providers) provide Foot Care services for seniors which can involve assistance with the trimming of toenails, monitoring the condition of feet and/or bathing and massaging of feet.  There may be a consumer fee for this service depending upon the policy of the Provider. Eligibility The process for arranging care is different for each of the Community Support Services. Contact the local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) to find out the process for each of the service options and whether someone is eligible for the government-funded services.
