Client Intervention & Assistance Providers in Southeastern Ontario Description of Service Many community-based Provider Organizations (Providers) offer Client Intervention & Assistance services for seniors who may require intervention and/or crisis support with situations that may be negatively impacting their health and well-being, including abuse, financial and/or housing problems, food security and isolation. Eligibility The process for arranging care is different for each of the Community Support Services. Contact the local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) to find out the process for each of the service options and whether someone is eligible for the government-funded services.
