Caregiver Support Groups Providers in Southeastern Ontario Description of Service Many community-based Provider Organizations (Providers) facilitate Caregiver Support Groups for caregivers and family members on a variety of issues.  Caregiver Support Groups each may have a different focus (e.g., educational or emotional support) and different types of participants. There may be a consumer fee for this service depending upon the policy of the Provider. Eligibility The process for arranging care is different for each of the Community Support Services. Contact the local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) to find out the process for each of the service options and whether someone is eligible for the government-funded services. If the CCAC deems someone ineligible to receive government-funded services, or if someone wishes to make their own arrangements, they may apply to the Provider Organization directly.
